This group of young people cannot be ignored, today‘s manager needs to understand the approach at working with them as they are quite different from the Generation X, ignoring this is at the peril of any organization who risk losing them to other firms who would maximize their potentials. Organizations need to reposition their corporate structure and culture to not necessarily suit these group but get them comfortable enough to give their best.
The “Leading Organisational Transformation” programme is designed to enable business leaders defines clear imperatives in building momentum, eliciting collaboration and clarifying ways to pivot to new business opportunities. This programme will focus on:
- Leadership Imperatives: the needed mindset in both communicating and modeling the required change in the business
- People Imperatives: Dealing with the consequences of the “New Normal” (Remote work and mental health) in the addressing stakeholder’s needs (Customers; Employee’s; Shareholders; Regulators)
- Organizational Imperatives: Developing an Agile enterprise with a Start-up mindset in pivoting efficiently through new product offerings and delivery channels
