We are at a strategic inflection point- exponential shifts that have currently reshaped our social-economic landscape- which characterizes the COVID-19 pandemic, which literally has the world in “Reset”. This “New Normal” a reality that is experienced by all has challenged and in some cases eroded competitive advantage and created new in-roads or opportunities.

 

Therefore, navigating this reality, uncharted waters, would require that business leaders articulate clear priorities in addressing short-term demands, sift through the myriad of data with intentionality, capture pain points of customers (as well as non-traditional customers) and define long-term imperatives in ensuring the business thrives in this pandemic.
