GUS Organises and Concludes 2 Days’ Training on Customer Service Excellence for Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC)

GUS Learning, the training division of GUS Consulting Limited, has successfully organised and concluded training on Customer Service Excellence for the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC).


The 2-days’ training programme held on the 16th and 17th of May 2017, at the Council’s prestigious office complex in Apapa (Shippers Tower) Lagos, was very informative, insightful and motivational.


The 35 participants, who are Servicom desk officers from different zonal offices nationwide, were inspired and empowered with the essential tools needed to render exceptional service to both their external and internal customers.



They commended GUS Consulting for their cutting edge service delivery and have recommended a repeat of this training for more of the Council’s personnel.
