- Solicit business for the hotel
- Call prospects to solicit business, analyze requirements of function, outline available hotel facilities and services offered, and quote prices.
- Pursue all leads generated by marketing efforts, including inquiries through email, social media, the hotel’s website, and online hotel booking sites.
- Other administrative duties include:
- Contribute to training, budgeting and marketing plans that increase bookings and profitability.
- File paperwork,
- Communicate guest requirements to all departments of the hotel.
- HND/degree in marketing, finance, economics, business or management.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a hotel, clerical or sales.
- Must have a passion for sales
- Good computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
